FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) technique is the most advanced method for hair transplantation. FUE DHI technique follows the same methodology as the standard FUE technique but with variations in the process and instrumentation. This allows for hair transplantation without requiring complete shaving of the patient's head, making the procedure more discreet. In this case, follicular units are extracted from a limited donor area that is shaved in a window pattern, easily concealed by the rest of the hair. A special instrument called an "implanter" is used to graft the follicular units while making incisions in the recipient area. This technique is ideal for adjusting density in low-density hair areas. However, for procedures requiring extensive follicular unit implantation, the standard FUE technique is recommended.
