I have waited a year to write my review so i can express how amazing the staff are and doctors are. They really know what they are doing and a year on my scar is brilliant. I haven’t had any issues with healing. From day one the staff were super friendly and made me feel relaxed. They are very welcoming and understanding. Neda is so amazing from your first message to your arrival, he is there to answer any questions. Would highly recommend going through them for your top surgery or any other surgery. Would definitely go there again in the future.

I was nervous about coming to Istanbul alone for my first ever cosmetic procedures (hair transplant and rhinoplasty) but I'm now 3 weeks out and I couldn't be happier with the results and my experience. The car service makes everything very easy and convenient, I was driven to and from the hospital multiple times for procedures, hair washed etc. Dr. Oya Sisman and her team did my hair transplant the day I arrived in Istanbul. The team and especially doctor Sisman were kind and friendly to me, I think they could tell I was nervous but they made everything a breeze and reassured me. Nurses helped me with my hoodie and bag afterwards and I returned for 2 hair washes in the following week. Dr. Ergin Er performed my rhinoplasty, I was a bit nervous but every step of the process was professional and my nerves were calmed because I could tell I was in good hands. The nurses that attended to me during my recovery were lovely! Special mention for my coordinator, Yasin, who answered my questions on Whatsapp and reassured me throughout the process. Value for money is 12/10, if I consider cosmetic work in the future I will come here.

My name is Jawahir, I am from the United States. I would like to share my experience while I was at Istanbul Aesthetic Centre. My point of contact was Mr. Yaasin and he handled everything to my satisfaction, from the airport pick-up to the hotel and the hospital as well. He was always available to answer any questions I had and was really supportive. I had a smooth experience thanks to him and the entire staff at Istanbul Aesthetics Center. I did breast lift and breast reduction with Dr Ergin Er and it really went great. He conducted the surgery professionally and he knows what he is doing to the extent that I was back to the hotel the day after the surgery. I really had a great experience and I can’t wait to come back and do another procedure. I would really recommend this Centre for your breastlift and breast reduction and any other procedure that you might wanna undergo. I also did Hollywood smile at this Centre with Dr Aylin Turan. She was really professional and gave me the perfect smile I was yearning for and would really recommend you to do your aesthetic dentistry and smile designs with Dr Aylin Turan. I would like to sincerely appreciate the entire team at Istanbul Aesthetics Centre for the great work that they did and for their hospitality.

I had a rhinoplasty with Istanbul Aesthetic Center. When I booked the procedure, I was connected with Yasin who was the person I could speak to if I had any questions. He was very quick to respond and answer my questions. When I arrived in Istanbul, I was picked up from the airport and driven to the hotel. The service was good and the hotel was very nice and clean. On the day of my surgery, the nurses were very attentive and quick. Despite not speaking the same language, we were able to communicate fine and they were very friendly and caring. If ever I needed something they were so quick to come and help me. During my consultation the surgeon seemed very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted and set expectations as to what can be achieved. The result is incredible and I absolutely love my new nose. I stayed for 1 night in the hospital where I had my own room and bathroom, and it was very comfortable. Overall, the service was very good and the result of the surgery is better than I could have imagined. I am very grateful and happy that I booked with Istanbul aesthetic Center. The only area I think could be improved is ensuring that patients have all information relevant to their surgery- for example there were a few things I had to ask myself about after care/what I can and cannot do after surgery etc. which I think should have been told to me without having to ask. Also, at times I did feel that things were quite rushed and maybe if they were to spend a little bit more time with the patient to ensure a good customer service then I think it would be perfect. Nonetheless I am very happy with my experience there and will recommend :)

Came here from the UK for a septorhinoplasty with Dr Ergin er. There are a few things to mention - prior to coming there are no health or medical checks, no contact with the surgeon, no consultations or anything other than WhatsApp where you can ask questions. It’s a big surgery and a big deal especially for someone travelling across the world to have something done and paying a large amount, the least you would expect is a consultation. - no medical checks being done meant that I wasn’t even aware if I was healthy enough to go through with the surgery, and only when it was surgery day did they take my blood etc. the anaesthesiologist examined me and looked very unsure and suspected I had an infection in my throat. Regardless they went ahead with the surgery, didn’t say anything else - the hospital is quite run down and not really up to the standard I was expecting. The day of the surgery they just wanted my payment and someone called Yasin was there. I find it super rude to just sit and talk to other people in ur own language when I’m alone, in a diff country and then he was there just getting frustrated that I had send my payments in two. Overall he was rude. - I only spoke to the surgeon for about 10 minutes before the surgery. He asked me a few questions , he was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing but was always in a rush , I didn’t get the vibe that he was caring or really paying attention. - thanks to Ege for helping me with all my questions via WhatsApp - no one really checked up on me throughout the week of my healing or at all since it’s been 2 months since my surgery, I’ve not heard a peep - cast off day- I was in a LOT of pain when the splints were removed. The girl taking them off me was not really bothered or caring either, then dr ergin came in and he was the same. Rushing through massage techniques whilst I was sat on the chair crying. They quickly taped me up and I was out the door. - that same morning due to the bleeding and swelling I fainted at my hotel and was sent back to the hospital. At that point it seemed like they finally cared a little bit about me, I was given adequate attention and drips etc and they made sure I was fed and had all my medicine. But I was very upset and nervous being so far from home AND having no one with me. Dr ergin came to see me too which was nice. There was one male nurse who was there with me and came to my help a lot. I didn’t get his name but he was lovely. - overall, my nose is cute and I can breathe so I’m happy but wow it was really traumatic and I wouldn’t recommend due to the lack of care they showed me or the fact there was no pre operative consultations whilst I was in England. - no body really speaks English so it’s super difficult to get by or communicate with many people. The receptionists weren’t nice and friendly either and you get the vibe that they look down on you or something
