We accept payments in Moroccan Dirhams or Euros. Please note that credit card payments are not available. Our priority is patient satisfaction and safety. Some procedures require pre-operative medical analyses to determine patient eligibility. After surgery, patients stay under medical supervision for a minimum period suited to their treatment. In case of confirmed complication(s)
If the patient experiences complications post-surgery, the Averroes clinic covers all costs of the interventions and associated specialists to address them.
In case of unsatisfactory outcome
The assessment of results occurs 1 month after the intervention based on before and after images. However, it remains highly subjective. Therefore, two scenarios are considered:
If the unsatisfactory outcome is agreed upon by our medical team aesthetically, the clinic covers all expenses for a new intervention.
If the unsatisfactory outcome is not agreed upon by our medical team, the matter will be arbitrated by a plastic surgeon of your choice. The clinic will adhere to the established report and commits to covering all expenses for a potential new intervention.
Duration of Warranty
The warranty is valid for 1 year after the intervention.
